  • How long is shipping?
    3-5 Business days Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays and bad weather.
  • How long does orders take to process?
    Orders may take 1-3 days to PROCESS shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Where is my order?
    You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We're very quick at processing orders to make sure you receive as soon as possible. Once it has been place, unfortunately we're unable to cancel it.
  • How do I return an item?
    No refunds/exchanges due to limited availability. Returns are non-refundable please return any returnable item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. In the same amount total for item(s) returned. Customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their item(s) to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item(s) is considered final sale. (Must be in original and unused condition) when returning please be aware that customer must pay their own shipping cost! Shipping address will be provided after contacting us via Email.
  • Why is my item(s) damaged?
    We provide great quality check and pre-check items before being shipped out. Any faulty/incorrect items please contact us 24hr-48hr after receiving shipment.
  • Lost or Stolen packages?
    KoKoutureCollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to destination and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stole, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Visa, Discover, American Express, Master card and PayPal.
  • Sizing Chart
    Always refer to an items description review before determining your size. (Model usually wear Small/Medium)
